		Royce Finley – Team Leader Royce@royallepage.ca Direct: 204-295-9493 I established my real estate career in 2015. I stay ahead of the curve in technology, marketing, and business development, while continuing to grow, to give my clients the best service and support possible. During my downtime I love being a Dog Dad to Darla, visiting my Race Horse at the Assiniboia Downs, quadding, riding my Harley or traveling the world. I recently became a Dad to a sweet little girl in November 2019.


		Roz Matos – Partner/Realtor rozmatos@royallepage.ca Direct: 204-952-9565 I started my passion for Real Estate in 2001 when I purchased my first investment property. When my children started school full time I decided to take my love of Real Estate to the next level and get my real estate license. I take great pride in helping my clients reach their real estate goals. It’s important to me to be detail oriented with every client from the start of their search until they are settled into their new homes. In my off time I love to travel and spend time with my family and our big dog Gus.


		Nancy Pelletier – Partner/Realtor nancypelletier@royallepage.ca Direct: 204-955-0155 I became a licensed real estate agent in 2008. Prior to working in real estate, I worked in the legal field for 8 years! When I’m not out helping clients find their dream home you can find me spending time with my family and fur babies at the cabin, camping, fishing and traveling the world.


		Sarah Pokrant – Executive Assistant rfassistant@royallepage.ca Office: 204-989-7900 I first started in real estate in 2013, shortly after graduating from Kildonan East Collegiate with a dual diploma in Graphic Design, giving our print marketing some extra flair with a personal touch. I have lived in many parts of Winnipeg and Rural Manitoba, currently residing in Landmark. On my off time, I can usually be found quadding, camping, kayaking or spending time with my two dogs, Lexie and Shayla, and cat Oreo.


		Darla – Director of Greetings (D.O.G) Office: 204-989-7900 While I may only be 2 years old, I can assure you I am dedicated to making our office a happy and fun place to be. I love my dad but I think I might love my treats a little bit more. When I’m not in the office making people smile you can usually find me at Grandma’s getting spoiled.
